CarMax is the largest used car retailer in the United States. The company, known for it’s customer focus including no pressure sales process and no-haggle pricing, needed a site that helped people pre-shop before visiting a store. It also needed a site that better educated people on the speed, ease and simplicity of the CarMax purchase experience.
